This is the front page of my website, powered by the Academic Pages template and hosted on my GitHub Pages, I’m really grateful for both of these instances.

You’ll find here my publications, work around them, my full portfolio and more, as I’m looking to show my competencies through this website.

Who am I?

Chilean geologist, I love my career, the outdoors, climbing and some other nerd-like activities like making this website. Actually looking for a job mainly, but I do not discard the option of further postgraduate research. I intend to have this place to show all of my skills, works and market related competencies for future relation.

For starters, my competencies, academic background, works and upbringing relate to 3 main Geology concepts: Applied Geochemistry, Fieldwork and Economic Geology

Main focuses

I intend to direct my career to a Geochemistry/Economic Geology main line, focusing on work related to mineral exploration, better usage, or elemental vectors for different commodities. In the meantime, my background helps me understand a lot of the elemental-mineral interactions in the Critical Zone, which can be a really helpful tool for remediations, hidrogeochemistry, enviromentally focused work and applied geochemistry.

After finishing this work, which involves a los of CSS, HTML and JS, I intend to better refine software skills in Vulcan and to finish up a repository of geological concepts learned through my career on a Obsidian based dataset which will be imported on a website too.

It really depends on your profile. You can also see some of my private life information published, so you can see you are dealing with an integral person. If you are a professor looking at my profile, I have a Teaching area, as well as some more details on my research projects like Fluid Inclusion Preparation and analysis. And also, I published some of my thesis work in here, if you look for more information about it, you can email me to get a complete version.
